Holland Construction

Established in 1993, Holland Construction are based close to Junction 16 of the M6 Motorway (Crewe/Stoke), operating throughout the North West and Midlands.
A reliable Construction Company interested in works from £500 – £5,000,000 offering quality workmanship and value for money, having much repeat business with established clients. Each Contract is personally overseen by Managing Director, Mark Holland.

Industrial Experience

From a 1000 sq.ft extension to a complete new build in excess of 70,000sq.ft. we have vast experience in this Sector.

House Building

Holland Construction has vast experience in House Building and has developed a number of schemes from 'one-off' Private Houses to multiple Property Developments.

Garden Centres

We have had much experience in the construction and re-development of many garden centres;

Commercial

We have recently completed 'The Venue' at Moddershall Oaks, Nr Stone. 'The Venue' is an extension at one of Britains most exciting Spa resorts.

Church Buildings

Holland Construction has vast amounts of experience in the development of Church Buildings, working with all Church denominations and as a result we have a large and successful portfolio.

Awards

Master Builder of the Year (Midlands)

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded a prestigious award from The Federation of Master Builders, Commercial Project of the Year for the Midlands Region. The project (highlighted in the gallery opposite) was for a new Training and Office Headquarters for Parry and Associates at Whitebridge Industrial Estate in Stone. The Design and Build contract was for a high class, bespoke Facility providing office and Training facilities.
The award ceremony was hosted by T.Vs, Property Ladder, Presenter Sarah Beeny at Londons Royal Lancaster Hotel. We were nominated for the award by our client, Mike Parry who is highly delighted with the completed building. He said I was very impressed by the breadth of experience and performance of Holland Construction. Their standard of professionalism and their approachability made it so easy for me to liase with them. I always felt confident in their ability to successfully manage the project and deliver on time and would highly recommend them to anyone.
